A good, clean hotel with large rooms, in a convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff, competitive price, and extra complimentary services. Close to metro line M1, restaurants, supermarket, and park. The staff went above and beyond, even gifting us a bottle of red wine. We recommend staying in their apartment for more space and amenities.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel looked pretty and it had a nice courtyard. the bed in our room was really comfortable. Location was great too, just a short walk from the metro station and close to a few restaurants. Breakfast was a good variety of things, and they had a good coffee machine.
Our romantic escape wasn't as perfect as we had hoped. the room was small and didn't match the pictures online.

We enjoyed our romantic escape to Italy, and although the hotel had its shortcomings, there were some standout positives. we were pleased with the luxurious bedding provided in our room, as well as the high-quality toiletries. the hotel was conveniently located to some city sights, with a train station only a short walk away and easy access to attractions in the surrounding area. Finally, the breakfast provided was plentiful and gave us a great start to our day.
There were a few negatives about our stay that left us feeling disappointed. we found the decor of the hotel to be a little outdated and some areas could have been cleaner.
